After the theme is installed (and demo has been imported), it's safe to disable the following plugins:

  1. One Click Demo Import
  2. Widget Importer & Exporter
  3. WordPress Importer

Is it necessary to deactivate these plugins?

It is not necessary to deactivate the listed plugins.

These plugins are vital during the theme installation process. However, once the theme is installed and demo miported, they are not necessary anymore. So, it is considered a good practice to deactivate (or even uninstall) plugins which are not used on the website.
